Where can you be in the game

A wheel may be powerful in itself, but it is the cog and the spokes which keep it in place.

Toshiba Software (India) Pvt Ltd. is an extended arm of the Toshiba Corporation, Japan.

We are expanding our base here in India, and aim to build a team of intellectually-qualified engineering professionals from Electronics, Telecommunications, and Software Development streams. We are also looking at adding qualified and experienced people with domain experience into Healthcare & Medical Devices, Semi-conductors, Nano-technology, Digital Systems, Cloud & Solutions and so on.

Our principle is to provide our employees with opportunities to develop their core skills and realise their potential in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. Our well-developed career development systems allow employees to build their careers autonomously.

Depending upon the position for which you're applying, you may be required to project strong leadership traits, team-oriented work ethics including the ability to work with little or no supervision in order to be a strong independent contributor. Positioning yourself with TSIP's objectives allows you to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

It isn't just enough to want to change things around you.
You need to be actively involved to be a part of the change.
Innovation won't drive itself. You need to put your thinking cap on and get into the shoes to walk the talk.

Where we do

And the wind said, "I am not restricted by location, the world is my playground."

Currently most of our delivery operations run from Bangalore.

Capital of the southern State of Karnataka, Bangalore is the most sought after cosmopolitan city in India. Also rendered as Bengaluru, it is geographically located on the Deccan Plateau region and enjoys a very salubrious climate throughout the year.

Just behind Mumbai and Delhi, Bangalore is India's third most populous city and fifth most populous urban agglomeration, and thus is best known for making people who arrive from all over the world, right at home.

Bangalore, home to nearly every technology company in the world, is rightly called as the 'byte-basket' of India.
