TSIP Ideathon contest

Ideathon Contest was organized by TSIP in collaboration with Beyond Next Ventures (BNV) encourage entrepreneurial zeal amongst TSIP members and to inspire innovative ideas, furthering the government's "Make in India for the World" vision and advancing India-Japan economic cooperation.

TSIP received an overwhelming number of ideas, out of which six chosen ones got an opportunity to train with BNV to polish and refine the concepts for their final pitch to be given to the core committee. Additionally, the ideas have a chance for deployment and application to actual end-user scenarios for business expansion as judged by Toshiba and/or TSIP customers.

To make the contest more engaging by providing a forum to initiate discussions, TSIP organized Ideathon Tech Talk Series crafted in a way that TSIP members can gain fresh perspectives from the guest speakers who are experts in their respective fields.

Global IT Training

TSIP organizes GIT training for participants from Toshiba Group Companies around the globe. Our interactive learning programs incorporate some of the key parameters that make learning an excellence through - knowledge attitude, approach, motivation, strategy, creativity, innovation and behavior.

The mission of the training program is to enhance the skill and knowledge of participants by imparting Global Standards framework and providing them with opportunities to explore multi-cultural dimensions. Participants attain a fair understanding of life and culture in India via daily interactions and activities charted from them.

As a part of the curriculum, the participants visit Top IT Companies to understand their software landscape in India. Interactive sessions with the experts in the industry are also arranged as part of the training module.

Monthly Tech Talk

TSIP hosts internal tech talks on a monthly basis to encourage members to discuss interesting updates in their domains with other members. Tech Talk is a forum to share and engage in production discussions. Apart from internal speakers, we also invite experts in industry and academia as speakers for our tech talks.
