These bogus recruitment entities are contacting candidates, offering them opportunities to interview for job vacancies at Toshiba or Toshiba Group companies. They conduct telephonic interviews and subsequently issue false job offer letters bearing the name, logo, and address of Toshiba or Toshiba Group companies. This constitutes unauthorized use of our company name and trademark. These fraudulent offer letters also bear forged and fabricated names and signatures of HR Department.

Ltd (and its associated/subsidiary companies) have neither engaged nor authorized any person, consultancy firm, or agency to offer jobs to people online or offline, or to issue any job offer letters, act on our behalf, or use our name, trademark, logo, and address. Ltd (and its associated/subsidiary companies) bear no responsibility for any payments made, amounts deposited or withdrawn, or any other processes and procedures (medical or otherwise) undertaken in response to such job offers and pursuant to fraudulent job offer letters issued by these unscrupulous elements.
