TSIP organizes Global Immersive Training (GIT) programs for participants from Toshiba Group companies worldwide for building project management and AI capabilities.The program is designed to equip global participants with future-ready skills in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.Our interactive learning initiatives are structured around key pillars of excellence—knowledge, attitude, approach, motivation, strategy, creativity, innovation, and behavior—ensuring a holistic and impactful learning experience. The curriculum emphasizes practical understanding, real-world applications, and strategic thinking in emerging technologies.The mission of the program is to enhance participants’ capabilities by aligning them with global standards while fostering cross-cultural collaboration. Through curated modules, participants gain exposure to AI trends, tools, and use cases, empowering them to drive innovation within their respective organizations.
