Workspace Solutions - MFP
MFP is also known as multi-function product / printer / peripheral, multi-functional, all-in-one (AIO), or multi-function device (MFD). It is a device which incorporates the functionality of multiple devices like email, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner in one. It is usually meant for use in an office, or business establishment setting including SoHo. Our MFPs support both COLOR and B&W with resolutions up to 1200dpi, along with “finishing” options like stapling, and hole-punching., and print speeds ranging from 20 to 85ppm are available.

This is a free mobile app to easily interface with Toshiba MFPs, print documents and photos, and capture scanned data without interrupting your workflow. Using your mobile, you can do most everything that you would with your desktop. e-BRIDGE Print & Capture’s user interface improves usability. Operation is natural and user friendly. As mobile technology evolves, so too does e-BRIDGE Print & Capture. e-BRIDGE Print & Capture interfaces with Toshiba MFPs and you can use your mobile to authenticate secure access. MFPs are Wi-Fi Direct® compatible ensuring easy and secure access from mobile devices that are not connected to an office LAN. Your clients are assured of security using a Toshiba MFP in your office. Embedded Applications
TSIP has contributed in development of a very robust and extensible application development framework which enables end users to create various applications to enhance MFP capability. TSIP has also created several in house applications, some of examples which are mentioned below.
Translate embedded App
Cloud aware MFP uses Google Language services and inbuilt OCR capabilities to intelligently translate scanned documents into multiple languages. Deployable as a kiosk application in crowded international events. Saves paper using a print, only if needed, model.
Payment Gateway Integration
Demonstrates integration of a specialized payment solution into an embedded app on the MFP. Highly secure and privacy preserving as payments happen on the customer’s own device (mobile).

Document Management System (DMS)
A DMS is needed for any organization to achieve digitalization and automation of its business processes. Mobile Device Management Solution
Mobile Device Management (MDM) is a solution software used by IT Teams to Connect, Monitor and Manage IoT enabled devices remotely. MDM software run typically either on Cloud or On-Premise environment.
TSIP supports on the firmware development for integrating Mobile Device Management software(s) for our barcode printers. TSIP co-works with SOTI Inc. to integrate SOTI Connect software for our new printers as well as version up printers, to ease asset management and device monitoring for our customers.
SOTI Connect supports devices through most popular IoT protocols MQTT and REST API, Firmware update/certificate updates through HTTPs communication, Generate and deploy certificates from ADCS with predefined certificate templates.

RFID Solution
Radio frequency Identification (RFID) uses radio waves to read and capture information stored on a label or tag. By tagging items with RFID tags stock, inventory and assets can be automatically and uniquely identified and tracked. Collect and record important data to prevent loss, spoiling and automate supply chain processes.
With our RFID printers, customer can print and encode your RFID tags as easily as a conventional label. These printers give the ability to encode RFID tags which can then be identified during the supply chain to optimize processes. It will enable more security knowing the correct code and printing specs are always right. TSIP supports on the RFID command implementation and test confirmation.

Network management tool supports easy handling of network connected printers. API Interfaces are provided for different platforms (.NET, CE, iOS, Android and Java) for user to create custom applications.
SAP Device Driver Support
SAP PDL Driver for Toshiba Barcode printers is a SAP Smart Forms printing solution to Toshiba barcode printers. It allows users to use a driver for a Page Description Language (PDL) that is implemented in ABAP and resided in the SAP environment to print Toshiba printer without 3rd party solutions. With this device driver, TEC Printer Command Language (TPCL) is send to the Toshiba barcode printer directly from SAP – providing greater performance and efficiency.
Product Testing
Dedicated Product Validation team at TSIP supports validation activity for the product functionality & solutions functionality supported for new barcode products as well as version up products.
In order to reduce the recurring validation effort for Manual Test, several automations tools are developed and deployed.
