TSIP has tailored its CSR activities to meet the goal of playing a positive role in the community by giving back to the society that enables us with a space to grow.
Mid-day Meals for Children
We have an ongoing CSR programme with Akshaya Patra to support midday meal for students at Bellary District in Karnataka & Satara in Maharashtra.
Project Dwitiya – Koira Government School
Our continued collaboration with Rotary Club of Bangalore Oasis and Ninedots Foundation through Project Dwitiya 2025–26, focused on enhancing the learning environment at Government High School, Koira, near Devanahalli. Serving over 120 students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, the school is a key beneficiary of our long-term efforts to improve education and student well-being in a sustainable, meaningful way.
Building on our earlier CSR contributions to the Koira campus in the previous years—including renovation, solar installation, toilet upgradation, painting, and tree planting—this year’s focus extends to a comprehensive kitchen upgrade, provision of clean drinking water, improved safety and storage, reliable backup power, along with the development of a simple playground and establishment of a foundational library. These interventions are collectively aimed at strengthening student health, improving attendance and retention, and fostering an environment conducive to learning and holistic development.
With nearly 60 volunteers including TSIP employees, culinary staff from Davanam Sarovar Portico, members of Ninedots Foundation & Rotary Club of Bangalore Oasis, and the Koira village community, the day was filled with impactful engagements centered on nourishment, learning, and student interaction. The event began with immense pride as Ramy san, Managing Director, TSIP, inaugurated the newly upgraded kitchen—an important step toward supporting student nutrition and well-being. This was followed by Vinay san, GSD Business Development, inaugurating the new library, reinforcing our commitment to enhancing access to learning resources.
TSIP takes initiatives under the CSR umbrella to encourage Industry-academia collaborations. Through these collaborations, we intend to support holistic development in line with TSIP’s vision of digital agility thereby generating a positive impact and bringing value to the student community who can do wonders as professionals by turning on the promise of a new day.

TSIP successfully organized a CSR tree-planting activity based on the Miyawaki method of afforestation at Bakori Hills, Pune. This initiative reflects Toshiba’s commitment to sustainability and biodiversity conservation. The Miyawaki method, pioneered by Prof. Akira Miyawaki, is globally recognized for creating dense, native forests that grow rapidly and restore ecological balance. For this project, we partnered with Youth Talent Development Society (YTDS), a community-driven organization.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members from our Pune office, who came together to plant tree saplings and contribute to a greener future. This collaborative effort not only supports Toshiba’s broader CSR vision of combating climate change but also provides an opportunity for employees to engage in meaningful environmental action.

The objectives of the Whistleblowing System of Toshiba Software India Private Limited (❛Company❜) is to promote a fair, accountable, ethical, and professional work environment. The Whistleblowing System Policy enables whistleblowers to report various corporate and ethical irregularities and misconducts within the Company. The Policy also enables the Company to rectify any issues reported in a transparent and credible manner while protecting the whistleblowers from adverse treatment.
